Is it hot in here?

So here I am, 33 degrees Celsius (91.4 Fahrenheit for all you oddballs out there). 83% humidity according to my records, sunny and in good old Taiwan fashion I see three women with jackets on. I normally don't care about these things, except i have been here a long time and my pond of sweat is threatening to shut down traffic. I'm not even going to comment on the lady in the background with the umbrella.
